DAVE HAMILTON

Dave Hamilton a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) professional and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC®) with IG Wealth Management.
Originally hailing from Vancouver Island, Dave pursued his Bachelor's Degree in Business at Vancouver Island University. His career began with Black Press Media, where he steadily climbed the ranks from Sales & Marketing Consultant to eventually overseeing operations as Publisher and Group Publisher for more than 25 publications across British Columbia. In his final five years in the Media industry, Dave served as the President of BC Interior South Division.
Prior to his media career, Dave dedicated five years to economic development as a Business Resource Coordinator. Following this, he spent seven years with the BCSPCA, holding the position of Regional Director and contributing his expertise to the Executive and Strategic Planning Committee for two years.
Throughout his professional journey, Dave has been actively involved in various committees, including those focused on Commerce and Economic Development, in the markets he has served.
Now, as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) professional , he collaborates with clients to provide comprehensive financial guidance in both their business and personal endeavors. By offering a holistic view of their financial landscape and crafting well-constructed financial plans, Dave empowers clients to monitor their goals and adapt as needed, thereby fostering financial confidence and well-being.
