Alroy Chase

Alroy Chase completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University in 2002. He also completed his Canadian Securities Course in 2002 and Branch Managers course in 2007.
Alroy started his career with IG Wealth Management as Consultant in 2002 after numerous offers within the financial services industry. During his tenure with IG Wealth Management, he spent eight years as Division Director in Dartmouth, New Glasgow, and Amherst. During his time as Division Director, he was privileged to coach & mentor many new and veteran financial advisors. Alroy’s true passion lies in building full value financial plans for clients. He has a complete understanding of complex issues facing High Net Worth Retirees (& pre-retirees), incorporated professionals, and business owners in the areas of income tax, insurance, estate, and investment strategies. His relentless drive allowed him to receive the region-based Sirus Award in 2009 as the Brightest Start in IG Wealth Management’s Scotia-Highlands Region.
He holds Financial Planning Canada’s Level 1 Certificant™ in Financial Planning, and is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Alroy believes in giving back to the community,and has served on numerous committee’s and non-profit boards over the years, many in the capacity of either Treasure or President. Currently volunteering his time as the Treasure for Northumberland Boating Association. Alroy lives on the shores of Northumberland Straight, in Pugwash.
