Anjali joined IG Wealth Management in 2003 to pursue her passion of assisting clients interested in achieving financial success. She quickly learned that sound financial advice was essential to enabling clients to realize their hopes and dreams. Based upon her success as a trusted advisor, Anjali was offered the position of Division Director. This new opportunity appealed to Anjali as she recognized that she could serve the industry by mentoring and developing other financial advisors, while also being able to maintain the relationships with the clients she worked with. In 2006, Anjali was appointed Regional Director of the Halifax South Shore Region of IG Wealth Management. During her time in this role, she provided strong leadership and supported many consultants and clients throughout several exciting changes that have influenced the financial services industry. Anjali holds her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) as well as the Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designations.
After 13 years in the Regional Director role, Anjali felt it was time to return full time to her true passion, which is to be a guide and coach to others wanting to achieve financial transformation. She is proud to work with a wealth management team that is committed to creating unique client experiences and relationships as well as implementing financial plans created with industry leading technology. Anjali has various coaching certifications which brings a unique element to her partnership with clients.
Anjali was born in the United Kingdom, grew up all over the world including Denmark, the United States, the Middle East and Canada. In 1990 Anjali’s family settled in Nova Scotia. She attended McGill University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in 1998, and Saint Mary’s University where she obtained her Master in Business. Anjali currently lives in Halifax with her husband Thomas and two sons. She is heavily involved in the community and passionate about many charitable causes including Chisolm Services for Children. Anjali serves on several boards including Bridgeway Academy, a school providing day and outreach programs for children with learning disabilities, and the Nova Scotia Community College Deans Advisory Committee.
